DARE Chili Cook-Off  

TCI was on hand making and serving 10 gallons of High Octane Hooligan chili at the 15th Annual State Bank Chili Cook-Off to benefit DARE (Drug Abuse Resistance Education) and GREAT (Gang Resistance Education And Training). TCI was one of 28 teams serving to over 1,000 tasters. The event has raised over $160,000 for the community since its inception.
