TCI has teamed with McGraw Hill Construction in the customization of a cutting edge online bid management software that is designed to help its estimators and project managers manage the pricing process more efficiently. This will effectively reduce the cost to prepare bids, allowing TCI to respond to requests in a quicker manner. This web based service allows TCI to electronically distribute documents to its subcontractors in a secure manner and to maintain ongoing communication with subcontractors and suppliers during the process with a click of the mouse. Kevin Lisowski, TCI's Chief Estimator, describes the software investment as, "A part of TCI's constant commitment to ensure effective project team communication."
