TCI awarded contract for Armed Forces Reserve Center in Enid, OK
TCI was awarded the design and construction contract of a 600 member Armed Forces Reserve Center in Enid, OK. The two building, $19 million facility will be located on Vance Air Force Base. The project will include a 58,000 square foot Training/Administrative building with unit storage area and an 8,800 square foot Organizational Maintenance Shop.
Design is underway, and construction will begin in July 2009. The completed project will be U.S. Green Building Council LEED Silver Certifiable.
