TCI welcomes Janet Loeffler as Marketing Manager. She is responsible for the internal and external marketing planning and implementation for TCI. Loeffler holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Mass Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations from UW-La Crosse. Most recently, Loeffler was the Program Manager for the La Crosse Area Chamber of Commerce. She lives in West Salem with her husband Dean.
