Referendum Support
TCI
offers referendum services
to dovetail with our facility
planning services within the
educational market.
TCI’s
referendum services include,
but are not limited to the
following:
- Interview
the faculty,
administration,
students
and community
leaders.
- Conduct
an existing
facilities
assessment.
- Conduct
space programming
and provide
schematic
design.
- Work
with the
School
District
to develop
the referendum
proposal.
- Assist
in the
organization
of community
referendum
committees.
- Assist
with public
relations
strategies.
- Participate
in public
presentation
and information
meetings.
- Assist
with the
creation
of a referendum
bond proposal
brochure
and graphic
materials.
TCI
acts as a partner in the
referendum process. This
is a community process and
project, which must have
strong citizen leadership and
representation. Our job
is to develop a feeling
of ownership within the
School Board, Steering Committee,
faculty, students and
the public.
