RECENT ACTIVITY

This design-build project consists of an 8,000 SF single story retail center. The five-tenant retail center incorporates a combination of exterior finishes, including EIFS, decorative brick, stained log siding, aluminum storefront framing & glazing and canvas awnings. The retail center is anchored by Caribou Coffee, Subway and Sbarro, and is located adjacent to Interstate 35.
