RECENT ACTIVITY

The site for the new 5272 SF River Valley Newspaper Group Office in West Salem once was this community's Village Hall. The design utilized architectural elements from the site's historical background to restore historical context while helping to revitalize the downtown. The facility consists of two separate open work spaces for cubicles, four private offices, conference room, employee lounge, and a distribution area for the newspaper group's circulation. TCI provided design-build services for this project.
