RECENT ACTIVITY

The Richland Hospital, Inc. and Richland Medical center, Ltd. healthcare expansion project consisted of moving the medical center into an addition at the hospital to provide the regiona community with improved healthcare services in a centralized location.

TCI provided design and construction services:

Phase I: 16,000 SF of Additions - Pysical Plant, Dietary/Dining, Bakery, Loading Docks

Phase II: 10,000 SF Medical center Addition's Enclosure

Phase III: The 100,000 SF Medical Center's Interior Completion - Nurses Stations, Exam Rooms, Offices, Auxiliary, Lab, Pharmacy, Radiology, Occupational and Physical Therapy, Helipad, Hospital Out-Patient Surgical and OR

Phase IV: 20,000 SF of Exiisting Hospital Renovation/Cod Upgrades - Emergncy Room, Diagnostic Imaging, Lab, Respiratory, Offices
