RECENT ACTIVITY

TCI is currently in the design phase of this 40,000 SF building for the Army Reserve Center in Fort Sheridan, IL. The existing building will be renovated and administrative and mechanical spaces will be added to the facility totaling 3,500 SF. The project involves replacing mechanical and electrical equipment, partial roof replacement, new restroom fixtures and new interior finishes. Site work encompasses re-routing the roadway access to the facility, increasing on-site parking and enhancing the site with lighting and landscape. The building will be designed to achieve a Certified LEED rating. The project is anticipated to be complete by July 2013.
