TCI tore down an existing metal building at Pepsi Cola Bottling in Rochester and replaced it with an attached 19,500 SF addition, which included insulated tilt-up precast panels with a joist and deck roof structure. TCI included two floor levels in the addition that created a drive though-type loading dock for Pepsi's unique loading processes. This project was on a time constraint, and TCI finished it in less than three months.
