RECENT ACTIVITY

Partnering with developer Commercial Horizons and grocer Festival Foods, TCI designed and constructed a 70,000 SF Festival Foods grocery facility within a 10-acre retail development in Manitowoc, WI. This new facility incorporates a 6,000 SF wine and spirits department, as well as Festival Foods' famed produce, deli, meat and bakery departments. TCI provided design, engineering, construction, store planning, equipment procurement, and equipment installation services for this project.
