RECENT ACTIVITY

The total renovation of Mahomet-IGA included a 28,634 SF existing store with a 9,657 SF addition in Mahomet, IL. In addition, the store houses a 690 SF full-service bank with drive-up and a sports apparel store. The entire store has new interior finishes & color scheme, exterior design motif incorporating an illuminated tower focal point which mimics the store logo and local park feature. The store also features a new refrigeration system including a new geothermal heating and cooling system to improve energy efficiency.
