RECENT ACTIVITY

This project consisted of a two story, 14,000 sq.ft. building with a walk-out lower level with an attached 7,000 sq.ft. vehicle and materials storage facility. The office building contains a multi-use meeting room for 50 people, 8 offices, 10 cubicles, CAD and map rooms and 3 conference rooms. The Material and Vehicle Storage Facility contains 7 bays for vehicles, a wash bay and 700 sq. ft. of controlled materials storage. TCI provided all design and construction services.
