RECENT ACTIVITY

TCI was the designer and construction subcontractor to The Clement Group on two medium 33,800 SF and one large 55,800 SF Tactical Equipment Maintenance Facilities. The TEMFs include: 10-ton crane, Future SIPRNeT Room and Communication Rooms. Each site also included an Organizational Storage Building (OSB) and three (3) - POL/HAZMAT Buildings, Trash Enclosure, three (3) - Above-Ground Storage Tanks, lighting, fencing, and landscaping. Each project was designed to be LEED Silver.
