RECENT ACTIVITY

This US Army Corps of Engineers project consisted of the design and construction of a two story, 80,000 SF, headquarters building. Much of the $12 million building consists of open office space. It also houses two US Army Generals. Unique spaces include a tiered auditorium, distance learning spaces, classrooms and high security data rooms. The exterior of this building is a traditional masonry cavity wall with brick veneer and metal roof. Sustainable design and construction was created and tracked using the SPiRiT Rating System to achieve the Silver level. TCI was the prime contractor and designer for this project.
