RECENT ACTIVITY

The Fort McCoy AT/MOB Barracks is a two-story brick building with a standing seam metal roof that will encompass 29,640 SF. The Barracks, which is the first of it’s kind on Fort McCoy is intended to house troops while they are either at Fort McCoy for training exercises or during mobilitzation. Once complete, the Barracks will be able to accommodate 168 occupants throught the entire year. Project is anticipated to be complete by October 2012. Four Bears/TCI I, LLC is providing design and construction services for this $6.8 million project.
