PROJECT SUMMARY
TCI is currently in the design and construction phase of an 18,000 SF Small TEMF building and a 1,050 SF stand-alone Outside Storage Building (OSB). The Small TEMF building is a mirror-image of its neighboring TEMF building. This project is certifiable for LEED Silver and is anticipated to be complete by the beginning of August 2012.
