RECENT ACTIVITY

CG/TCI Building Partners is currently in the design phase and construction phase of a 33,800 SF Tactical Equipment Maintenance Facility (TEMF) and 8,000 SF Organizational Storage Building (OSB). The TEMF includes: work bays, administrative areas, tool storage, maintenance pit, 10-ton crane, SIPRNeT room, and communication rooms. The site improvements include: 31,800 SY of paved organizational parking, POL storage area, three (3) – POL/HAZMAT buildings, trash enclosure, three (3) – above-ground storage tanks, lighting, fencing, and landscaping. Project is designed to USGBC requirements for a LEED Silver certification.
