RECENT ACTIVITY

CG/TCI Building Partners is designing and constructing a US Army Corps of Engineers $10,210,000 project. The project consists of a 39,700 SF two story structure incorporating areas for administration, special operations and secure operations. Building is designed to meet all ADA, anti-terrorism and force protection as well as LEED v2.2 Gold requirements. The exterior design incorporates bands of smooth and split face CMU along with red colored brick and horizontal metal wall panels intended to blend with the adjacent buildings.
