RECENT ACTIVITY

CG/TCI Building Partners is currently in the design phase of this US Army Corps of Engineers design-build, military construction project. The Project consists of the design and construction of a standard large Brigade Headquarters for the 108th Air Defense Artillery (ADA) at Ft Bragg, NC. Supporting facilities include water, sewer, gas, electric, privately-owned vehicle (POV) parking, fire protection and alarm systems, mass notification, security fencing and gates, antiterrorism measures and site improvements and landscaping. Other features of this two-story, 40,100 SF building include open and private offices spaces, a commander’s suite with conference room, message center, secure document storage, SIPRNet rooms, Mechanical spaces, and secure section components BOC, NOC, SCIF spaces. Exterior features include dumpster enclosure, Parachute Launch Facility (PLF) Mock up, EIFS and Brick Veneer finishes to match adjacent facilities. The building is designed to achieve a LEED Silver rating.
