RECENT ACTIVITY

Project consisted of a 13,000 SF retail center located at 2921 Lavender Parkway in Fairbault, MN. The 5-tenant center includes a combination of exterior finishes, including decorative brick, EIFS, standing seam panels, and canvas awnings. The center is anchored by Haskell's Wine & Spirits, which features a walk-in & shop beer cooler, large wine & spirits sales area, and a wine tasting area. The retail center is slated to be a destination location, drawing traffic from for tri-state area.
