RECENT ACTIVITY

TCI provided design build services for the School District of Cheteck for a new 41,740 square foot addition included: Middle School computer lab, science room and prep area, commons, gymnasium, locker rooms, rest rooms, support space (mechanical & storage), air conditioning and technology systems backbone. In addition, 37,900 square foot of existing was renovated including: family & consumer ed, technical ed, band & vocals, rest rooms, circulation and computer lab. The remaining 17,420 square foot area was minor circulation renovation and site improvements (parking, traffic management & water removal).
