RECENT ACTIVITY

TCI is currently in the construction phase of this single-story, 35,000 SF building for Camping World in Golden, CO.  The new building will include offices with a sales, retail and 14-bay service area. The walls will be precast load-bearing to support the structural steel and metal decking. The existing utilities such as natural gas, electrical, phone and water mains will be re-routed to accommodate the new building’s footprint. This project is anticipated to be complete by the end of March 2012.
