At TCI integration is so important, it's right there in the name of the company: Total Construction Integration. In 1977, Chris Weiss and Jeff Towner started TCI with little more than ambition, creativity, and a commitment to doing things right, from beginning to end of each construction project. Built on a rock-solid foundation of Midwestern values, a commitment to collaboration, and a tireless pursuit of perfection, their company gained a reputation for being a firm dedicated to tenacity, customer-focused work, and innovative thinking. At TCI, we believe that "good enough--isn't," our team is held to a higher standard.
At TCI we house Architects, Engineers and Contractors under one roof bringing the Power of One to our projects because everything is contracted and controlled from one source. In the last 34 years, TCI has progressed from a small, local, construction company to a nation-wide builder recognized for their exceptional construction integration projects. TCI’s success is founded in a belief that hiring talented, committed and inspired people working collaboratively will produce exceptional projects that exceed customer expectations and save our clients' money. Chris and Jeff’s focus on team, commitment and integrity has become legendary and every TCI team member strives to show those qualities in their work each day.
